Recently upgraded both iTunes (12.1.2.27) and iOS (8.4). I can no longer add music to my phone. Can't drag a file over to my phone in iTunes. Can't get it on there by syncing. Any suggestions?
The current version of iTunes is 12.2.
It's time to upgrade iTunes again.
Ok upgraded to the latest iTunes and have the same issue. Can't drag a song over to my device list and can't get it on there by syncing.
I turned off iTunes Cloud Library and I can now add songs manually to my phone. I don't know why I can't use Cloud Library AND manually add songs I wish to the device I purchased but hopefully that can be addressed in a software update.
