OH apple, if you are there please help. My account was set up in the U.S but now I'm back in my country where there is no apple support 😟. So I can't call because I can only switch to my region after using the money credit I have.
And am currently unable to make app purchases even though I have money on my account because I forgot my security questions. #applehelpme
Write to Apple support in the country (USA) where your account was successfully established.
There is a system to remove small balances but from what you say, this may be a larger balance. Complete this document below and if the balance is small, ask them to zero it out. Otherwise, ask what to do.
The procedure is the same for larger balances, except that you may also have the option of spending it. If you choose to do so, click here or use the form to ask that your security questions be reset.
