Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I see where you are getting a blank page when you open Mail on your iPad. You can try removing and re-adding your mail accounts from Setting>Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
You can follow these steps from Get help with Mail on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
1. Tap Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
2. Tap the affected email account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Add your account again.
If it is still acting up, you may need to back up your iPad and restore the iOS software:
Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
