With iOS 8.4, Pandora starts to play every time i disconnect from a call on my iPhone (when I'm no longer in my car). It picks up where it left off in my car. Why? This never happened in the previous version.

I am having the same issue as well. As long as pandora app is open in the background, it will start playing on a call that I ignore or when I hang up after a phone call. If I close the background app from running it doesn't happen.
