iPhone 5 clock is not working?

I bought an iPhone 5 in 2013 and it just broke 2 weeks ago, I ordered a new iPhone from Asurion and the phones clock is messed up. It is Set Automatically to the right time zone but will only move 4 minutes from the last time I messed around in the settings, so after I leave the setting at the right time, it will only move 4-6 minutes from that time and then return to the original time. So if I set the time to 4:48 it would work correctly until 4:52 and then go back to 4:48.
