Apple Music isn't syncing, showing offline

Been using Apple Music for the last day and everything has been working fine, but a few hours ago I started noticing that some albums I added haven't been syncing to iTunes on my Mac. Turns out for some reason iTunes is telling me that cloud sync is offline and no matter what I try to do to enable it, it continues to tell me it's offline.

This is what I see:

I've tried signing in and out again. Restarting iTunes, internet connection, and my Mac. Nothing. Beats1 works fine, streaming Apple Music works fine, but then when I add an album on my Mac, it doesn't add to my library anywhere. Works just fine on iOS, but it's kaput on my Mac right now. On OS X 10.10.4.
