How can I find the serial and IMEI of my iPhone 5C that has been stolen? I have it registered in my iCloud and thus on "find my iPhone"

Use another computer to log into your Apple ID, and you should be able to find the information about your device. If you wish to try and track your phone, you can log into www.icloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID thatyou used to activate Find My iPhone, and see if the device can be seen.

Tried what? I advised you of two different things. If you are speaking about logging in with Apple ID to find information about your devices, then you must not have registered them with your Apple ID.
If you are speaking about Find My iPhone, then you must have used a different Apple ID to set that up.
The Find My iPhone app does not require the IMEI to locate your iPhone. If the device is turned on it will be located using GPS.
If you report the iPhone stolen to local authorities, they may need the serial number.

Thanks for that, but unfortunately EVERYTHING of mine was stolen yesterday from my home,
including my two wo macbook pros (2010 & early 2015 models) to which my phone is synced, along with my iPod and my iPhone 5C, among other things. the authorities say they cannot do anything unless they have the serial and IMEI of the phone. I have managed to get the serial of the new MacBook pro as I still have the packaging for it, but for the old MacBook and iphone I have nothing, except for their registration on my iCloud.
appreciate any help and advice anyone can offer as it is my life's work in those machines, as well as the hard drives that were taken with them
Ask for help wherever you purchased the phone.

i have the same problem
i only know the last 5 of the serial number it got stolen and the police did nothing
