iPad disabled and tried all options offered

Hi. I have an iPad that is disabled and I can try again in 23,000,000+ minutes (thanks son.) I have tried the typical recovery/restore instructions several times and it just won't stop showing the disabled screen after fully restoring to factory settings 3 times. My iTunes is up to date, by OS on my Macbook pPro is up to date... I have plugged all things and restarted my computer several times.

Yes, I have held the home button and off button simulatneoulsy until the tunes and cord show up and then done the restore and update... Still just the disabled screen when all is said and done.

Nothing is working.

Please help!
