Can I set up Family Sharing with granular access controls?

I want to set up Family Sharing to let a family member share music with the new Apple Music since it's $14.99/mo for family and $9.99/mo individual but I don't want that person to have access to other things like calendar, contacts, app store purchases, etc. is there a way to set this one time at the granular level directly from the family sharing account controls?
