My playlists on my iPhone and iPad won't sort in the same order as my Mac which controls the sort order via iCloud. I want the playlists to sort by Date Added going from newest to oldest. Since the iOS 8.4 update the devices will only sort from oldest to newest. Does anyone know how to fix this, or is it a bug in iOS 8.4?

Tap edit and you can sort them into any order you want.
Thanks for the response. Yes, I can manually sort the playlist, but with iCloud syncing to all of my devices, the play order should sync across devices based on how I sort on my Mac. Playlists on my iOS devices always sorted automatically before the 8.4 update. It's just frustrating now since the update because my playlists are messed up.
Same problem here! None of my playlists on iOS are sorting in the same order as in my iTunes, as it previously had done.
