Upgraded to I OS 8.4. I can no longer make calls on my iPhone every time I call someone it says the call is canceled.

Try a reboot press hold both power button & menu button
Unti you see Apple Logo .

Thanks...I did try that just now but no luck. Called ATT & there are no issues in my area. Will most likely have to restore. Oh...I hate to have to restore but may be no other option. Will give it to the am.
Just tried to restore my iPhone and still unable to get calls to connect. Constantly says "call failed". I am sure this is related to the latest upgrade (iOS 8.4) because in the last 7 years of using iPhones, I have never had this issue.
