Hi
I have bought a second hand Iphone . I had signed in with my own appleID . But when I try to update some apps the device request the last ID password.
I have access to last owner but he had forgotten his apple ID password.
Can anyone help me ??

You need to delete and redownload those applications, and should erase the device. You should also send the previous owner this link.
You may encounter an activation lock if you choose to erase it. If so, the previous owner will need to remove the lock before it can be used again.

Find My iPhone Activation Lock
Without the previous owner's Apple ID and password or that they will turn off Find My Phone using iCloud.com, then you have a nice paperweight. if you can return it for a refund.

But If I erase them all, my last records will be formatted.
For instance one of those APPS is a game .If I erase it all the points tat I gained will be lost .Other Apps have the same situation.

There is no other way of resolving this. If possible, back up the device to a computer before proceeding; you may need to use the iPhone Backup Extractor and other tools to put the data back.
