iTunes 12.2 won't run after installation
iTunes 12.2.0.145 installed today, but will not launch on iMac running OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 on 3.5 GHz Core i7, 32 GB, 1 TB flash HD with 881 GB free.

Update to v10.10.4 then try iTunes.
Click your Apple menu top left in your screen.
From the drop down menu click App Store then click Updates from the App Store menu.
Your Mac may restart several times during the update process. That's normal.
When it boots to the desktop, then try iTunes.
Thank you very much, Carolyn! The installation history for the App Store showed that the system attempted to install 10.10.4 previously, but it failed to complete for some reason. Another attempt worked, and iTunes launched as expected. I appreciate the help!
