My dad has a xxxx.me.com mail, a few days he received a mail addressed to the same name account name xxxx but ended in icloud.com.
the other person can see my dad mail to?
What can we do?
Those are both considered to be email addresses for him, and nobody else will normally have access to them. The emails are secure.

The mail he received is a bill, and he not bought anything in that site and country. AND in the bill has another name (my dad xxx vava, the person in the bill yyy vava)
What can he do to cancel the other account or they don't cross?
That individual email may be phishing, but any mac.com, me.com, and icloud.com email addresses with the same account name will be associated with the same person. Unless they’re alias accounts, they can’t be cancelled.
