The information of my music is wrong (iphone 4s)

I have this problem i have music in my computer which looks perfectlt all information is correct even the image but when i try to take that music to my iphone
a) it doesn´t sinchronyze's
b) the image is wrong
what can i do? i had tried everything deleating all music on my iphone, editing information through the iphone music,
