Printer trouble

My Canon iP4300 won't print the magenta. The test page prints perfectly! Any suggestions?

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

If you haven't done so already, try resetting the printing system.

I upgraded to Yosemite and then did what you recommended. It has improved, but the magenta isn't as bright as it should be.
