FXPX is exporting chapter markers that are not supposed to be there

Hi,

When sharing my project in both H.264 and Pro Res as master file so that I can burn a DVD, I am getting mysterious chapters in my DVD when watching.

The chapter markers are not in FCPX, so why would they be appearing in DVD.

I am using latest version of Toast to do my burning, and have latest version of FCPX.

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

It's possible, I'm currently sharing to DVD from FCPX to see if it happens without using Toast.

Update: it's not Toast.

Shared project to DVD from FCPX and mystery chapters are still there ...
