Hardware problem on phone

Was told by Apple Support that my 5S phone has hardware problem. I called them when I tried to update the newest IOS. Three phone calls later, the error code was identified as bad hardware.

The support person set me an appointment with my local Apple Store to get a replacement. I originally purchased this phone at an AT7T store; will that pose a problem?
