No Family Member Dropdown Menu For Purchased Music

I have a 2009 iMac that I just updated to iTunes 12.2. When I go to the iTunes Store > Purchased, there is no dropdown menu next to "Purchased" for my other family member's purchased items. There is absolutely no way to select my other family members, so I can download their purchases. I do not have this issue on my 2015 MBPr. Has anyone else seen this?
