iPhone 6 (4.7"); Best external storage???

Could someone please tell me what is the best, all-around, 'external storage device' for the iPhone 6?

I've never in the past had trouble with SanDisk products; But of course, that doesn't mean anything.

Are the devices with the SD cards just as good as the 'set' flash storage? (which are more expensive, although with this, money is no object).

Do they work as advertised / any downsides??

TThe best device for iDevice backups is your computer with itunes installed. You can backup your device to iVkoud and/or to your computer. I suggest doing both. Also remember that your photos and videos are not part of your backup. You need to Import those into whatever image managemen application you use on your computer.

there are some network based solutions but it will never be like the normal storage as in you can't install apps on them and if the app in question does not support other means of storage then the build in one it will not be available to it
