iTunes store will not connect all of a sudden. Says I am not connected to internet and I am. Also says Bonjour is disabled??? I cant find where to fix

I have a Dell Computer. Until this week, I have been able to connect to the iTunes store. All of a sudden I now get a message saying not connected to internet when I am connected to internet. Also found message stating Bonjour has been disabled but can find a fix for that either.
