How do I log in to Apple Music in iTunes 12.2?

I can't log in to Apple Music in iTunes. I see the introduction page to join, I can't click on "Already a Member?" to log in. Let me rephrase it: I CAN click on "Already a Member?" but nothing happens!

Who do you have to know at Apple to get any answers? 🙂 With Beats I could e-mail support. With iTunes what are my choices? I've been a paying member of Beats for months but suddenly I'm stuck and I don't know who to contact or what to do with my iTunes problems. I really wish Apple would have worked out all the kinks before making Music public. Or at least better than this.
