Itunes 12.2 opening unexpectedly opens

My itunes 12.2 keeps on opening without my permission and starts playing and pausing randomly. Anyone know how to fix this?

I have the iTunes 12.3.1 and I'm having the same problem... it is so fu*&% annoying...
