why does Safari say it can't open the webpage I want because it can't locate the server? Never had this problem before. EVERY website except Youtube??!!

Why does Safari suddenly say it can't open a website because it can't locate the server. FOR EVERY WEBSITE,EXCEPT YOUTUBE!

I use the same wireless network with my DELL laptop with no problem. This just started, first with one specific website, now with all, except youtube.

I tried changing my web search engine from Google to Yahoo, no help. Turned off ipad for 3 hours, no luck.
