If I go to Radio in the new iTunes I see my previously created stations, but don't see the UI for creating a new one. Can somebody point out where it is.
Also, did this now go global?

From what I can tell, my radio stations still exist - but under "recently played." So I am guessing they will disappear over time unless you keep playing the. Meanwhile the new "on demand" radio stations require a membership. So I think Apple took away a free feature. Is that correct?

I have a similar problem. Either I am also missing the obvious, or this feature is now broken: I can only see a subset of the radios that I had created, there is no ability to add new one, and you can no longer click on a radio and see the history of what you liked, listened to and did not like. As this was the way I discovered new music and bought all my music in the last 6 months, I am about to #1 Move to Rhapsody, #2, save money on iTunes, and #3 sell my AAPL stock ...
iTunes 12.2 is an awful downgrade.
The promo page at the Apple site seems to say "on demand radio stations" require an Apple Music membership now. So it does look like a downgrade for people who liked that feature. Which I did. 😟
