iOS 7-8 will not erase data after 10 failed pass code attempts

I've tested this bug on 7 different iPhones with different iOS from iOS 7.1.2 - 8.4.

iPhone will not disabled after 6 failed pass code attempts or erase after 10 failed attempts...

Can I please have someone else out there verify this bug?
