can I us iTune to pay for iCloud subscription
I want to ugrade my iCloud subscription to 200 GB, can I use iTune cards to pay as I have no credit card at this time

Not in your case, unless it changed recently. While the actual payment can come from the iTunes Store credit, the transaction won’t process without having a credit card on file; iCloud storage upgrades are a subscription, not a one-time purchase.
