upgrade of IOS 8.4

Hi, I am using iphone 6 plus and upgrading to ios 8.4. However, my phone stuck at the screen of the apple (installing/downloading) for quite some times and I can't use the phone. Is there anyone can tell me what to do? How long I need to wait for the upgrade?
