Authorized Users on iTunes

I had to turn in my old hard drive to the apple store because it was dying. Now my iTunes thinks that I still have music authorized on that OTHER computer. Is there a way to drop authorized users on MY iTunes profile? Do I have to change my password or something? How can I reset the users on OTHER computers? Thanks!
