macbook pro login screen defect

For some reason the photo will not flip to the right side so it's upside down. Anyways, this has been happening since January, then stopped, and then recently started doing this again. When I try to sign in, the login is all the way in the corner or sometimes just off center somewhere else in the screen. I don't have apple care on this anymore so I need help figuring out how to fix this! (reminder the picture is upside down it won't flip back over). Please help! Thank you 🙂
