my ipod 8.4 is stuck on apple logo

Hello, after i had updated my 8.4 5g ipod just yesterday i tried to use my ipod. Normally when it's dead, i leave it on the charger for about a half an hour, or until it's fully charged (When the ipod has full battery it turns on by itself) Yesterday when i tried doing this, Which was 7/2/15, My ipod would stay on the apple logo. I've been keeping it on the charger and it still has not been working. I tried to factory reset my ipod, but when i do, it goes blank and the apple logo is there again. What should i do and how will i be able to turn it on again?

Try:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

- Try another cable

- Try on another computer

- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
