all folders are deleted unexpectdly from desktop in mac 10.10.3

Hi,

I am using mac mini.Yesterday i installed appcelator in my mac.It was installed succesfully.I donot know suddenly all folders of desktop are deleted expected applications.Please help me because all folders are xcode projects .

Have you connected the developer or went to their support site?

It sure seems like the installation of that app cause the problem.

Restore from a backup made before you installed that app.

If you go to Finder can you find the files/apps in other locations besides the Desktop
