Also, Ankur, you will need to update your iOS. Presently iPhone 4 is up to version 8.4

I am using iphone 5 in which IOS-7 version i can update my version but i need to open sms app on that version too.
iOS version 8 is also on iPhone 5

You need to update your iPhone(s) for things such as security in messaging 😉
When a new update is finally released, it has been certified by Apple as working with the security updates. Therefore they should be done without question.
Including iTunes that can be used on your computer to also update your iPhone.
