I provided my credit card and it still says declined

im having the same problem. It said i owed 12.99 so i bought a 25$ gift card registered it and then used it!

It charged me 12.99 and now i still cant download anything!

I Have an iPad 2 and I use rush card for my account and I have money on it but i can't download or update my apps it keep saying payment decline and I never had to put in my card info for that please help me try to figure out why they are not accepting my card or why I cant update or download apps

A RushCard is a prepaid VISA card. Apple does not accept prepaid VISA cards.
