Rogue M4P files in Library

Hi all,

I was checking my Itunes library and I noticed that I have an album which is in m4p files. These are not apple music files these are old ones.

The album doesn't appear for sale in the Itunes store today, and it doesn't appear in my purchased music list.

It also doesn't appear as a "complete my album" either.

In Itunes Match it appears as "Uploaded".

I just found though that it does appear in my Itunes Purchase history in my account page from February 2008.

Shouldn't anything that I've purchased appear as "Purchased"?

cheers

Apple dropped DRM from purchases in 2009 so it makes sense that these are protected files. If the album isn't in the store then I don't think you can convert the tracks to DRM free copies by deleting from your library and downloading from iCloud, though it would be interesting to see what you get if you try to download them into an empty test library.
