Cannot play song that I purchased

I purchased a few songs and one keeps saying that I need to authorise the computer, which it already is.

I cannot permanently delete the song from my library - how do I do that?

I cannot play the song in the cloud either. Keeps wanting the computer authorised.

All other songs play fine.
