itunes syncing issues

Hey There,

When i connect my iphone 4S to the itunes and transfer a photo from a folder in my PC to the phone it comes properly at that moment no worries.

BUT

Later after disconnecting the phone when i delete that photo from the same folder in my PC and then reconnect the phone to copy other pics pasting them to the same folder...the later tranferred photo from the iphone also vanishes 😟 .

That means whatever stays in the PC folder stays in iphone too .So i need to keep things at both ends which i dn wanno do .

What to do in this case..please help ??

PC OS : WINDOWS 8

IOS : 8

PHONE MODEL : iPHONE 4S .

iTUNES :LATEST VER

iPhone 4S, iOS 8
