Recent call list is showing up on both iPhones
Why are the calls I make showing up on my wifes phone in call history? How do I switch this off?

On both phones go to Settings > iPhone Cellular Calls and turn this Off.

Hi there,
Do you and your wife share the same Apple ID? If this is the case, this could be one of the reasons you may see your contacts and/or messages on her phone as well.
It is always recommended to have your own Apple ID. If using the same Apps or Content you download is what you require, you can use the Family Sharing feature. This way only one of you have to purchase an App or other content such as Movies, Music and the other can download them without having to purchase the items again.

I cannot find anywhere on my 5s where it says 'iPhone Cellular Calls' to turn it off. Can you elaborate on this?

We are using the same Apple ID. This works well for us we just don't want each other's numbers coming up on our own phones

Press the Setting button your iPhone screen
Press the FaceTime button in Settings
Press the Cellular calls button
