MBP 13, Yosemite 10.10.4 and freezing on external display EIZO

Hello, please I need help. Today my MacBook Pro installed update 10.10.4. I have external monitor EIZO CG277. When I click in Finder to preview mode (space bar) monitor is freezing. Mouse and sound works but nothing else. I can press power button for long time, and start again. After that i have the same problem. Please, please, please

OS X Yosemite 10.10.4 (14E46)

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2010), 2,4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3, NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB

External monitor: Eizo ColorEdge CG277

Cable: Digital signal cable Mini Display port (Eizo)

MacBook Pro 2.4GHz Intel 2Duo

I'm having the same issue with a Samsung monitor. In 10.10.4 Apple "Addresses an issue that prevented some external displays from functioning properly" (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204928). Apparently this made things worse for a lot of us.

In case anyone is still having this issue I wanted to point out that I switched from a Mini DisplayPort to VGA converter to a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI cable and the issue seems to have gone away. My Mini DisplayPort to VGA converter was made by a third party and I suspect it was giving the graphics card trouble. It seemed to work fine with previous versions of OS X though, which is a little frustrating...
