The app I tried to use, just sends me to the apple webpage. I want to install Japanese holidays on my iphone 6 calendar. Thank you for any help

Any advice? I have tried the reset, reinstall thing, but no luck. One app just sends me to the apple.com webpage and you can't download anything. I tried installing a different country and it works, but not Japanese holidays. Help please
