Forget Password and Answer of Security Question

Hello,

I have a friend who:

Forgot Apple ID password
Forgot answers of security questions
Did not have rescue email because he has an old Apple account that does not require rescue email address before.

So when he submit a password reset form he can't get any email and when he try to contact Apple Phone Support, they can't help him without answer of security questions.

He still have the access of the primary email address for that Apple ID, so how can he regain access to that account?

This is the last resort he has to resolve his problem because apple phone support can't help him. How can he regain access to his account since he has bought a lot of apps in the past, it will be a pain if he has to re-buy it again because the account password can't be reseted by Apple.

Without a rescue email address the reset email should go the primary email address on the account - he's checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on that account ?

If he can't reset by email then only Support can potentially get him access to the account, for which they need to confirm that his id and that it's his account : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - that is how he tried to contact them ?

Thank you for your answer.

Yes, he has contacted to Indonesia phone number through that page. He has tried to contact them twice but they always insisted that he must at least remember one answer of his 3 security questions. But he didn't remember any of it and he is not receiving any reset email in his primary email address (also in his spam folder)

If he had a rescue email address on his account then the password reset email will go to that email account.

Before Support will reset an account's password (or security questions) they need to confirm an id and that it's their account.
