my ipad has a problem to connect a new page or to check mails

What happens? Without more information, it is difficult to suggest any answers. You could try a reset by holding the power button and home button until you see the apple then let go.

It is hard to say? Does a certain screen Pop-up? You would have to give more details. In the meantime, try backing up your IPad on ITunes then doing a restart. Or go to A Apple store so they can fix it or if you still have a warranty replace it 🙂. Hope that Helped!
