Macbook Pro Wrong Battery Reading

Hey,

Probably worth noting that this problem started IMMEDIATELY after upgrading to Yosemite. Never before. Battery is at 359 cycles.

The battery reading on MBP is completely false. It usually reads at 18% and lingers there. When I attempt to reopen the lid, it will say the battery is flat. Plug in charger, boot up, reads anywhere between 0% and 18% and jumps around constantly.

I've tried SMC and PRAM resets countless times. No luck. As I was typing this post, it shut down with the charger still plugged in. I have 2 chargers, it is doing the same thing with both. This has to be a software issue, as I never had it in L/ML/Mavericks. Cheers
