How do I know if a picture is already loaded into Photos?

I recently found a flash drive from my camera. I don't know for sure if these pictures were loaded via Photos or iPhotos or even if I did load them! Since, in the new Photos release, you can not search by file name, how can I determine if these pictures really are loaded or not?
