2015 Macbook pro starts up then turns off on the apple logo

I just bought a 2015 15inch macbook pro yesterday and I migrated all of my stuff from my old macbook pro, then i changed the name of my user account and i restarted it and it made the chime and went to the apple logo with the loading bar, then got 1/4 of the way then turns off again/goes to a black screen. What can i do to fix this? I booted using the PRAM keys and disk utility says that it cant repair the disk.

If you purchased the MBP from Apple, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange the MBP or get a refund. If you purchased it from a reseller, the company's policies will apply, however the MBP should be fixed under the warranty provisions.
