My credit card expired and i will not put in the new one. I uploaded $100 in credit to the account, but i cannot excess it because i cannot delete my expired credit card info. What to do?

What happens when you try to remove it ? And you are just logging into the account (e.g. via the Account > View Account, Store > View Account on older versions, menu option on your Mac's iTunes, or by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iOS device) to try and remove it, not when trying to buy/download something ?
