Unable to turn on iCloud Music Library on iPhone

So in order to add music to My Music (Library) on the new Music App I have to turn on iCloud Music Library from Settings > Music.

For some reason, I am not able to do that, I just switch it on, and then it goes back off. I tried this for 2-3 days.

I did activate my 3 month trial.

Same thing goes for PC, I'm using Win8.1 and the latest version of iTunes and when I click on a song Add to My Music, nothing will happen.
