Trying to complete the OS X Update 10.10.4, but when I click "download and restart", it does not download. Someone mentioned downloading "Combo Update" from Apple website instead of the App Store, but where do I find that Update?

Yesterday (July 1,2015) my MacBook Pro indicated updates that included an OS X Update 10.10.4. After taking hours to complete, I kept getting a update indicator saying that the OS X Update needed to download and restart the computer to complete. When I click on "download and restart", it does not and instead pops-up a message "Restarting Your Computer, your computer will restart in 59 seconds. It does not shut down and restart, not even with me clicking on "Restart now". It just goes to a message "Available updates have changed click "Show Details to see the available updates" ". I click on Show Details and it goes back to "download and restart". I saw a message from someone on a support page saying that they had to download the "Combo Update" from Apple's support website to get the OS X update. Where do I find that? Does anyone else have an idea on how I can resolve this issue?
