Apple Music Error- Operation Stopped-server not correctly configured

Error "Operation Stopped - server not correctly configured" anyone else have this problem? This error came up when I added a song from Apple Music to My Music, I tried to play the new song and that error came up (iPhone 5 - iOS 8.4) - also is there a place I can view just my songs - in "my music" I can choose from Library (which is all the artists) or my playlists but cannot find a place to view just all of the songs in alpha order?

Hello jsquires1990

I had this exact issue, so maybe I can help...

It was the Wednesday morning after we got Apple Music and 8.4. I am on:

Device: iPhone 5S

Country: UK (London if maybe it's area related?)

Carrier: EE

The moment I connected to wifi, no problems whatsoever, and it seems since then I haven't had this issue. Once I left my house again, it worked fine on mobile data.

Let us know if you get a response.

The more people that call Care and get this logged with second tier advisors and engineers 🙂

I think its the only way we are going to get a resolution.

Cheers guys!

P.S. I would say we have definitely started to find a trend here, EE and there WiFi calling is maybe something thats causing an interference somewhere. Even if you haven't got it switched on you will be affected.

Today was better certainly, I am genuinely convinced it's something Apple has to fix on their end as it seems server related. On my way to work today, which is in a strong 4G spot, nothing played, no error displayed but nothing played, and maybe one song did just start playing after I minimised the app 30 seconds earlier.

Then about 2 hours later, the play times were down to half a second roughly...so I would imagine whatever server or connection problem I was having had gone, but I am now fairly certain that when this happens, it is not down to the fault of my own connection. Fibre connection in my office, and 4G connection when walking down the street (4 bars or so)...

What helped me come to this conclusion was I then tried to download an app off the App Store, and it just didn't load, it didn't even display the icon properly, just and the little circle that replaces "Get" just turned endlessly. Nothing on the status pages, but it's probably something wasn't entirely happy...
