Radio stations don't play in iTunes

When I click "Listen now" or the play button on any of the stations under iTunes 12.2's new Radio tab, the little "Play window" briefly displays the name of the radio station (e.g. Beats 1) but nothing ever actually plays. It's the same for all listed radio stations.

It works on my iPhone, but not on the PC.
